SAMA has always introduced in its production state-of-the-art machinery to manufacture fans and their components. Together with the staff passion and skills, they have enabled SAMA to reach and keep a very high quality standard.

In this respect, the last but not least purchase made by SAMA is a fully robotic welding cell.

Completed with an industrial robot FANUC type, it operates with a wire-welding machine, it has a double position that combines rotating and tilting movements, a strong steel structure and it is able to weld centrifugal impellers with diameter up to 1000 mm and weight of 250 kg.

This robotic cell was studied and designed specifically with the objective to optimize the welding-cycle of centrifugal impellers. It finds its main application in the production of large series of impellers.

To keep an high quality standard of our product, SAMA uses balancing machines with belt drive and variable speed motor has been added.

It covers a wide range of applications, balancing rotors weighing up to 450 Kg, equipped with advanced B11 instrumentation. All our impellers are statically and dynamically balanced in accordance with ISO 1940/1 by reference to a balancing degree of 6.3.

SAMA guarantees precision and resistance thanks to the welding technologies MIG and TIG. Rapidity and quality finishes distinguish an excellent service. SAMA uses automated systems for the cutting of metal sheets of various thickness that guarantee quick and safe intervention as well as the cutting capacity of different materials.


SAMA offers customers the possibility of having fans finished with the hot galvanizing process, ensuring minimum thickness of zinc according to UNI EN ISO 1461:2009 and with cold galvanizing process for fans and components with low thicknesses that would otherwise deform with the hot process.


SAMA uses powder coating systems that offer high quality standards and with different degrees of protection and multiple RAL.
The standard painting cycle consists of a pre-treatment phase consisting of phosphodegreasing, rinsing with water, passivation with treatment in nanotechnology, rinsing with recycled demineralised water, rinsing with pure demineralised water; then it is painted with epoxy polyester or polyester powders with an average cooking temperature of about 180 º C.
The minimum thickness applied is 70 microns.
